Okay, like most of you I enjoy Pinterest when I get the chance. Some time ago the big thing was using a waffle iron to quickly make cinnamon rolls. I loved the idea, fast and less heat in the house as well as lower energy waste.
Yesterday I thought, hmm I wonder if biscuits would work as well? Can you say YUMMY? I used Pillsbury's Flaky biscuits and just cooked two at a time in my round electric preheated waffle iron. I chose butter and honey for mine my daughter chose jelly. Both were proclaimed delicious!
Yup, I will be doing this often. I can also see it with creamed chicken on top for a simple dinner!
